Four people have been killed after five bogies of the New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express derailed near Bihar's Chapra town in the wee hours today. Railways, while confirming the death of 4 people in the accident and 8 to 10 sustained with injuries were shifted to hospital for treatment and special trains has been arranged for the passengers who are willing to continue their journey . Relief and rescue operations are on in full swing at the accident site.
