Mega Star Chiranjeevi headed the campaign of the Congress party in Seemandhra region but due to the anger prevailing over the division even Chiranjeevi could not help the Congress party and it scored a big zero in the elections. The news is now making rounds that BJP senior leader Venkaiah Naidu is trying hard to rope Chiranjeevi into the BJP as it would be a double cushion for the party in the region as already Pawan is in the good books of Narendra Modi. As Congress could not open its account in Seemandhra and following the suggestions of close aides even Chiranjeevi is introspecting the idea and mulling over joining the BJP says the sources.
