Telangana government initiating Aug 19th survey asserts that it is aimed at creating an accurate database for effective implementation of government welfare schemes. The government opines that Intensive house hold survey (IHS) will facilitate effective implementation of government schemes and programmes and there by ensure that benefits reach the deserving and the intended people.But the doubts still remain, whether collected data will be helpful for the government in implementing its objectives. On the other hand, TS CM KCR has affirmed that the survey is multi dimensional and it helps the government achieving its goal.
