It is to be understood that every thing that comes in our way has some one's unseen effort behind, accordingly the citizens of our country could exercise their right to vote due to the efforts of election officers. Siang river passes through Pasighat in Arunchal Pradesh and it has a suspension bridge to cross over it on foot. The election officers had to risk their lives for about fifteen minutes hanging on the swinging 60-100 ft height bridge due to the wind.
