Congress President Sonia Gandhi has arranged a farewell dinner to the out going Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. The event is graced by the Ministers,MPs and AICC members but the absence of Congress Vice President Mr.Rahul Gandhi hogged the limelight. Sonia on the other hand greeted each and every guest who attended the event personally. Mr Manmohan Singh who has been the Prime Minister of India since a decade will put down his papers on 17th of May.
