The Governor of the common state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, ESL Narasimhan's speech which was addressed to the first Telangana assembly and council members at Telangana assembly on Wednesday has met the controversy as the leaders like BJP's Laxman, Ponguleti Sudhakar Rao have alleged that Governor's speech is nothing but the replication of Telangana CM K Chandra Shekhar Rao's(KCR) election manifesto. It is alleged that Governor has not been able to focus clarity on farmers loan waiving off and pension issues.
