Indian Political system is witnessing its new dimension as some of the states are creating the posts of deputy chief ministers. It is well known that these posts do not posses any special powers but as a means of social justice and to highlights for the specific cause, these posts are made mandatory but the real power is vested in the hands of the chief ministers. In the wake of state division, both states of Seemandhra and Telangana have deployed the posts of deputy chief ministers.
