The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nara Chandrababu Naidu has conducted a cabinet meeting today and the specialty of this meet in its conduction is that there was no use of paper and all the discussions as well as the minutes were noted and communicated on ipads . This is the first of its kind in India and even Narendra Modi also did not start this at the central level . Chandrababu also discussed the capital issue with Narayana committee in this meeting apart from many issues .
