The Chief Ministers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh K Chandrasekhar Rao and Chandrababu Naidu exchanged cordial vibes recently during the visit of President Pranab to Hyderabad and the Telugu people thought that the issues between these two states will be solved amicably . Just couple of days have passed and both these Chief Ministers are again exchanging swords on each and every issue and playing to the galleries instead of focusing on solutions .
