Union Government clarifies Telangana government that the law and order power would be with the Governor only. The ministry of home affairs mentioned that the powers were vested to the governor as per the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act only. It also clarified that the governor would not interfere in the day today activities of the administration. He would interfere only if there would be any law and order problem.
