A fake baba who is carrying out inter state criminal operation has been nabbed by Tirupathi police. He used to target the people who are hit with financial crisis. He lures people saying that in the name of Goddess Laxmi Puja, he can double the money. The people started believing him. In the puja time, he used to make them faint by providing some intoxicants and run away with the money. The victims lodged the complaint. The police with their operation nabbed him and seized cash worth rupees 95 lakhs, two innova cars and other belongings. It is learnt that he has been carrying out the operations in Tamil Nadu, Andhra and Karnataka since 2007.
