Sircilla stands in second place after Sholapur in cloth weaving. Every year, Sircilla people celebrate Noolu Pournami festival after performing the religious rituals. As the cloth weaving is the main occupation of the region, it is celebrated on a grand note. Sircilla constituency leader KTR who is the IT minister of Telangana state took part in the festival with much gaity and danced on the occasion.
