We have seen powerful police officer thrashing a goon in public and then locking him up. Indore police in Madhya Pradesh wanted to give a similar treatment to a local goon, to humiliate him. They said such a course of action will end the goon's rein if terror in the city. He was forced to do sit-ups by police. Then a policeman thrashed him with his lathi repeatedly, while asking him to cry out that he will not repeat his crimes.
